Grantland Timber provides mobile sawmilling in Devon and contract milling across the country. We turn your logs into boards, beams or slabs on site, selecting the equipment for the material and the result you need.

Our work includes a Scottish sequoia project producing 60-foot boards from an eight-foot-diameter log. Each job needs its own assessment; send us photographs and dimensions so we can discuss the approach.

Start with the location, species, number of logs and approximate diameter and length of each. Then describe the timber you want to produce, including the length, width and thickness of boards or beams.

Also include photographs of the logs, the working area and vehicle access. Tell us about any log-handling equipment available on site and when you would like the work done.

Every milling job is quoted individually. Because the timber and site affect the work, we will discuss the details before confirming a quote.
