We measure each 1m³ load using mosquito-netted dumpy bags and deliver the logs loose. This is our load measure, rather than a measurement of the space they occupy once you stack them.

All our logs are barn-stored and air-dried. We recommend a mixed load, using softwood to start the fire and hardwood to maintain it. However, hardwood-only loads are available on request.

For firewood delivery in Exeter, Crediton or the surrounding area, send us your address and postcode when ordering. We will confirm that we cover the address and agree the delivery arrangements with you.

Let us know about vehicle access, where you would like the load delivered and whether you need stacking. As logs arrive loose, please have space ready before we come.

Stacking costs £20 in addition to the delivered load price. If you need it, mention this when you contact us so we can include it in the arrangements.

Contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp. Tell us your delivery address, preferred log length and how many loads you need. Also mention whether you would like a mixed or hardwood-only load.

We will confirm availability, the seasonal price and delivery details before arranging your order. If your stove needs longer logs, ask us before ordering.
